Totally memorable stay on this vacation. Marvellous and fantastic location close to metro. - Easy access to small supermarkets and a supermarket. - For tea or coffee visit Gran Caffe Feliziani nearby.

Owner of hotel was really kind and helpful. she took care of everybody. Breakfast was good and location good too. i would stay again.

The rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with a shower and a working TV. the hotel offers a reasonably priced breakfast with cheese and juices. - All the staff members are accommodating and pleasant.

Was an excellent base for holiday. Everything was perfect, ideal location next to the central station, Santa Maria Maggiore church and the main sights of Rome, efficient staff. The room I booked was kept very clean and available with a private bath, the balcony and a king size bed. The provided breakfast was well priced and enjoyable with fresh pastries, tee and yogurt.

Excellent location , very near the Termini station from where I could take the Metro and bus to whichever destination I decided on.Moreover the staff were friendly and went an extra mile to make me comfortable in the hotel. I traveled solo (and as a woman) I felt it was safe to stay there.The breakfast was substantial too.

Location is excellent, close to Termini Station. Kind family staff. Giovanna, his sister and nieces were friendly and helpfull. Room is not big however enough for a nice travel. Clean room. Good air conditiner.

Helpful, friendly staff providing good local advice. Free wifi. Tea/coffee facilities, including fridge, in the room. Nice breakfast with good coffee.

The bathroom was very small but the worst thing was getting a hot shower. It took ages to get hot water at all and it ran ever so slowly so it really was not a comfortable shower at all. Did report this and it was apparently looked at but nothing actually changed. While wifi was supposedly available in our room this was not reliable and we had to go out of the room and sometimes to the lobby to get it to work. Pillow rather dense and hard. I might go back but would certainly look at what other options were available.

The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service.

Location was great easy access to all buses at main statuon. Two sisters on front desk were very helpful and friendly.

Towels were like cardboard. Breakfast was very poor many sweet pastries and nothing we could eat.

Absolutely spotless units with smart TV as well as air con. Plenty of great options for meal. Great and beautiful location, next to Museo Nazionale Romano, enjoyed this place...

We had a great time here, the rooms were comfy with climate control, storage space, and a nice writing desk, and the staff was friendly during our 4-night stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a family atmosphere and anything we needed was no problem. The location is excellent for the train from the airport and also walking distance to most of the sights. Plenty of restaurants in the area and they were more reasonably priced than those in central Rome. It was my birthday while I was there and Giovy sent up a bottle of wine and bisuits to our room, which we thought was very nice.

The towels in the bathroom could do with being a little softer!!

Moderately priced hotel in a beautiful area of Rome. Nice building and rooms with bath. Favourable and unbeatable location close to a public square. Walking distance to stores and small supermarkets across the street. A just perfect stay on this vacation.
